Jim Chapman Communities announces the start of 16 new active adult homes. The builder plans on constructing six homes at Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge in Forsyth, four homes at Brookhaven at Sugarloaf in Gwinnett, four homes at Brookhaven at Johns Creek in Fulton and two homes at The Springs at Sterling on the Lake in Hall County.

The report by Kinton identified several key factors that point to success should the redevelopment and subsequent addition of passenger service be permitted at the County airport, including: gate constraints at Hartsfield International; potential ease of use and navigation of a smaller facility, convenience and increased competition in the Atlanta market providing travelers with more options.
