Jim Chapman Communities Starting 16 New Homes This Month

Jim Chapman Communities announces the start of 16 new active adult homes. The builder plans on constructing six homes at Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge in Forsyth, four homes at Brookhaven at Sugarloaf in Gwinnett, four homes at Brookhaven at Johns Creek in Fulton and two homes at The Springs at Sterling on the Lake in Hall County.

At the request of the Gwinnett County Citizens Committee, Kinton Aviation Consulting, a leading consulting firm to the aviation industry, was asked a series of questions in order to assist the committee in its efforts to determine long term development options for Gwinnett County Airport - Briscoe Field. The report by Kinton identified several key factors that point to success should the redevelopment and subsequent addition of passenger service be permitted at the County airport, including: gate constraints at Hartsfield International; potential ease of use and navigation of a smaller facility, convenience and increased competition in the Atlanta market providing travelers with more options.
